COWDENBEATH Karate Club entered Scotland's biggest karate tournament last weekend run over two days at Meadowbank Stadium, in Edinburgh, held by the SKGB under the guidance of Hamish Adams and came home with plenty of medals.

Colin gets the nod froms electors
AT the weekend the Scotland selectors met to choose the team for the forthcoming British Darts Internationals and there was good news for Fife as along with stalwart and regular inclusion in the team, Stewart Rattray, being selected for the squad, he was joined by the up and coming latest hot property from the darting fraternity in the Kingdom, Colin Feeley from Ballingry.
